The delegation of S. Tentishev Asian Medical Institute visited Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU). The members of the delegation were the Rector of medical faculty “Selpiev Toychubek Tulekovich”, Vice Dean “Kachieva Sh.S”, Head of the Department of natural and humanitarian sciences “Karagulova Meerim Sharypbekovna” and Head of the legal department “Abilgazev Manas”.
A group of university administration including the Rector of Medical faculty of Caspian University Kazakhstan received the delegation and they were given a proper tour of Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University. They gathered an insight into universities’ infrastructure and the principles and values of universities. They also got familiarized with the educational and methodological practices in KazNMU. Both universities agreed to cooperate with each other regarding the exchange of students and teachers, developing the methodologies of practical skills by doing research work, and improving the learning environment between both universities. Improving the quality of education was also discussed and both universities agreed to take steps in this regard as soon as possible. Both parties are willing to cooperate in various aspects and an MOU was signed by the Rector of medical faculty of S. Tentishev Asian Medical Institute “Selpiev Toychubek Tulekovich” and Rector of medical faculty of Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU) “Nurgozhin Talgat Seitzhanovich”.
The visit ended on positive terms by both and parties and mutual understanding for further development of quality education and facilitating the students of both institutions.
