The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Pediatrics organized a meaningful educational event in honor of International Prematurity Day at the Medical College.
The event was formally opened by distinguished representatives of the administration:

Educational Program
Students of the Medical College presented engaging and informative topics:

- โModern approaches and achievements in prematurity issuesโ โ Speaker: Valeria Petrova
- โKey WHO and UNICEF indicators: A global view of the problemโ โ Speaker: Gulbayim Dogdurbaeva
Additionally, students A. Egemberdiev, Mamedova, and N. Slanbekova presented a thematic poster titled โPurple Day of Hope.โ
Practical Training and Master Classes
Under the guidance of department lecturers A.R. Raiymberdieva and A. Adylbekova, participants practiced:
- Care for premature newborns
- Breastfeeding techniques and correct latching
- Neonatal CPR (resuscitation techniques)
The event concluded with a discussion and the presentation of certificates and commemorative gifts to the active participants and speakers.
