We are honored to announce the official visit of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘃 𝗧.𝗧., the esteemed 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 (𝗔𝘀𝗠𝗜), 𝗞𝘆𝗿𝗴𝘆𝘇𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻, to Pakistan, accompanied by an esteemed delegation. This visit symbolizes a major milestone in strengthening international collaboration in the field of medical education and healthcare. The 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘁, extended exceptional hospitality to the Rector and his delegation, ensuring an impactful and memorable exchange.

𝖪𝖾𝗒 𝖧𝗂𝗀𝗁𝗅𝗂𝗀𝗁𝗍𝗌 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖵𝗂𝗌𝗂𝗍

𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗠𝗗𝗖 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:
Prof. Dr. Selpiev T.T. held constructive discussions with the President of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and other key officials, focusing on strengthening academic partnerships and facilitating medical electives. He proudly acknowledged the outstanding achievements of Pakistani graduates from AsMI, who consistently secure top positions in the National Registration Examination (NRE) and other qualifying exams.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗿. 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗾 𝗦𝗮𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻:
The Rector had the privilege of meeting Dr. Farooq Saeed Khan, Chairman of Akhtar Saeed Medical College and Chains of Farooq Hospitals in Pakistan, who personally attended the session. Dr. Khan emphasized the importance of international collaboration and ensured the launch of future student and faculty exchange programs, aimed at enriching academic and cultural learning experiences.

The Vice Rector of International Affairs accompanied the Rector to Akhtar Saeed Medical College, where they observed the institution’s state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. This visit highlighted the advancements in medical training and education in Pakistan.

The Rector and delegation toured the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Research Facilitation Center, gaining valuable insights into Pakistan’s role in innovative medical research and its impact on global healthcare.

At Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, one of Pakistan’s leading healthcare institutions, the Rector commended the high standards of medical care provided by experienced professionals. The delegation emphasized the potential of medical tourism, underscoring Pakistan’s capability to attract international patients through its top-tier medical services and infrastructure.
