“𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 – 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲”

On May 14, 2026, the Asian International University named after S. Tentishev successfully organized an Inter-University Pediatrics Olympiad among medical universities of Kyrgyzstan.

The main objective of the event was to enhance students’ professional competence in pediatrics, assess their theoretical and practical skills, develop clinical thinking and emergency decision-making abilities, and encourage teamwork and interest in the field of pediatrics.

The Olympiad was organized by the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Pediatrics together with the Student Scientific Society of the university. Seven teams participated in the competition, including two teams from the university and five teams representing other medical universities across Kyrgyzstan.

The competition consisted of both theoretical and practical rounds with engaging and interactive tasks. Participants demonstrated excellent theoretical knowledge, practical pediatric skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

According to the final results, the winners were awarded certificates, memorable gifts, and the prestigious “Pediatrician’s Cup.” We are proud to highlight the outstanding performance of our students, who secured both 1st and 2nd positions in the Olympiad.

Participants highly appreciated the organization of the event, the relevance of the tasks, and the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice. The Pediatrics Olympiad became a significant academic event that contributed to strengthening professional competencies and fostering collaboration among future doctors.
